If the author does not have a single archive-site (eg a fanfiction journal/blog or fanfiction.net account), enter "no archive" for the Archive URL field. Please make sure the author has at least three stories (title and url) that are visible somewhere publicly, so the site staff can access the stories. The notes field is for any warnings, pairings, spoilers, etc to give reviewers some idea of what they'll get when they click the link.
